Project Management Services are provided after the construction Agency as been finalized. It involves three types of services:

Contract Management
Quality Management
Progress Management

  • Contract Management seeks to ensure that the work is executed as   stipulated in the contract.
  • Quality management seeks to ensure that the material used and outputs are as per specifications laid down in the contract.
  • Progress Management seeks to ensure that there is no time over run in the project. It involves obtaining a work program from the contractor, checking it and modifying it if it does not meet the client’s requirements, monitoring progress and taking appropriate action to make up lost time.
  • DTPL provides Project Management Services for infrastructure, industrial and housing projects for Governments, Corporate entities, Societies or Individual Clients. It also provides additional related services like cash flow planning, material management and operate material testing laboratory, when tasked by the client to do so.
  • DTPL has pioneered the concept of technical audit of construction agencies. The audit seeks to establish the efficiency with which the site managers operated a construction site.
  • Consumption of materials like cement, steel and other high value items are reconciled against work done and percentage of material wasted is worked out.
  • Based on the above and any other input, DTPL advises client on ways to improve material management and on any other issue on which the client seeks its advice

Construction Supervision/Management

Deputation of consultant Engineers for the supervision and construction of plant foundations, buildings and structures as per civil construction drawings.

  • Construction Management services for the civil construction activities carried out by the civil contractor.
  • Preparation of project schedules to suit the over project commissioning schedule.
  • Quality assurance plan for the construction work.
  • Inspection and verification of test results for all the construction materials used for the construction.
  • Quality of the construction work and the verification of test results for the construction work carried out by the contractor.
  • Maintenance of Quality records.
  • Monitoring of the schedules and assessment of the status of work to match the project schedule.
  • Liaison between the customer, contractor and design office.
  • Conducting the review meetings with the contractor & customer.
  • Vetting and certification of the bills submitted by the contractor.
  • Any other services/Assistance as needed by the customer.
